	To serve Food and Beverage orders according to the established standards and maintaining level of
	standard in accordance to the food & beverage division policy and procedures.
	To organize and service all activities within the operation with regards to banquet set up as well as
	equipment arrangement.
	Ensure that all mise-en-place is sufficient during every meal periods
	To ensure items sold to the guest are knowingly available
	To make recommendations to guests on cuisine and beverage choices
	To ensure guest eating and drinking environments (and surrounding areas) are maintained to the
	highest levels of cleanliness and are as per department standards.
	To ensure tables are cleared and cleaned at appropriate intervals as designated/trained by your
	supervisors

	Possess at least SPM / "O" level / STPM or equivalent.
	At least I year of working experience in the related field.
	Boutique Hotel Experience would also be advantageous.
	Must have an interest in Customer Service and Food & Beverage.
	Able to write and communicate in English as well as Bahasa
	Must be confident, mature and presentable.
	Must have pleasant personality and customer focused.
	Positive working attitude.
	Must be quick paced and be efficient.
	Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday.
	Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Redang,Kuala Terengganu.
