Assalamualaikum.

The video was taken when we are cruising at 8000feet, our routine was from Pulau Perhentian to Batu Rakit, Kuala Terengganu, at 8000feet, suhu agak rendah and if we follow International Standard Atmosphere Deviation, for every 1000feet, the temperature will drop by 2 degrees, ok, let we do some mathematics, lets say the ground temperature is 30 degree, if we follow ISA deviation, the temperature at 8000feet would be 14 degrees.( 8 x 2 = 16, 30 - 16 = 14 )...aku dapat rasakan door window was so sejuk..

Ok, let me share with you about METAR :

METAR is a format for reporting weather information. A METAR weather report is predominantly used by pilots in fulfillment of a part of a pre-flight weather briefing, and by meteorologists, who use aggregated METAR information to assist in weather forecasting.

METAR for WMKC ( Kota Bharu Airport )

1.  ICAO code for airport.
ICAO is International Civil Aviation Organization, for Kota Bharu airport, the ICAO code is WMKC, untuk semenanjung, pangkalnya mestilah WM..manakala untuk Sabah dan Sarawak, pangkalnya mestilah bermula dengan WB, contohnya WBGG ( Kuching International Airport ).
052100z indiates the time of observation,05 is the date, 5 haribulan,  ( first 2 digit ) dan the time of observation is pukul 2100 UTC ( Universal Time Coordinated )..dan pukul 1 petang waktu Malaysia..im wondering, kenapa awal sangat.
3. Wind Direction and Wind Speed.
21003KT, first 3 digit adalah wind direction, 210 bermakna, the wind is blowing from 210 degrees and the speed is 03 knots, 1 knots equal to 1 nautical mile (nm ) per hour 1nm equals to 1.852 km, so, roughly, the wind speed is about 6 KM/H..tak ada la laju sangat kan?..
visibility is a measure of the distance at which an object or light can be clearly discerned ( dilihat ).9999 bermaksud, the visibility is more than 10km..kiranya ok la ni, the visibility is maximum.
5 and 6. Cloud Reporting.
Cloud coverage is reported by the number of 'oktas' (eighths) of the sky that is occupied by cloud..FEW02. FEW bermaksud 1-2 oktas, 02 bermaksud, the cloud layer is at 2000feet..BKN24..BKN bermaksud 5-7 oktas, more than half the sky is occupied with the cloud at 24,000 feet..
7. Temperature and Dew Point.
26/24, the first 2 digit adalah temperature dan the the second 2 digit is dew point, ok, the temperaure is 26 degrees dan dew point is 24 degrees, dew point adalah suhu untuk humid air to be cooled for water vapour to condense into water..from the dew point, we can know the cloud base.
altimeter setting is QNH 1007..the sea level pressure is 1007hPa and if we set the altimeter with the QNH in the aircraft on the airfield, it will show the airport elevation.

 Sebanyak RM2,773 Bantuan Pakaian Sekolah diagihkan kepada 2,773 pelajar sekolah rendah dan menengah terpilih di kawasan Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Batu Rakit.

 Kerajaan negeri menetapkan setiap keluarga mendapat bantuan RM100 bagi setiap pelajar atau maksimum hanya untuk dua orang atau RM200 sekeluarga.

 Seramai 1,697 keluarga yang berpendapatan kurang RM1,500 di DUN itu layak menerima sumbangan, membabitkan 1,524 pelajar sekolah menengah dan 1,249 pelajar sekolah rendah.

Pengagihan secara berperingkat-peringkat melibatkan tiga kawasan iaitu zon pantai, dan zon darat diagihkan berakhir minggu lalu, manakala zon pulau dijangka menerima sumbangan dalam tempoh terdekat atau bergantung kepada keadaan cuaca.

 Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (Adun) Batu Rakit, YB Ustaz Haji Khazan Che Mat, berkata pengagihan sumbangan itu membuktikan kerajaan negeri sentiasa prihatin dan mengambil cakna tentang kebajikan rakyat.

 "Walaupun pengagihan bantuan sama bakal diagihkan kerajaan Pusat, Terengganu tetap menghulurkan bantuan semata-mata tidak mahu melihat rakyat susah dan tiada lagi pelajar memakai pakaian lusuh, kasut dan beg koyak.

 "Ibu bapa disaran bersama-sama kerajaan negeri mengambil cakna tentang pelajaran anak-anak masing-masing.

 "Melalui pelajaran saja, keadaan kehidupan kita boleh berubah daripada miskin kepada lebih selesa dan sempurna," katanya
