It is located about 10 km from the town of Kijal, off the main road from Kuantan to Kuala Terengganu. View of the beach with rocks and river estuary is irresistible for photography enthusiasts. Kemasik beach derived its name from the Sungai (River) Kemasik, Kemasik estuary which extends to the beach located in the South China Sea. Beach of golden sand, sea breezes and ocean roar gives peace to the visitors. Sungai Kemasik estuary is also the place of fishing boats to lands; a unique and colorful draws a beautiful scenery.
